• Completely accomplished Offer to Buy Form
• Completely accomplished Buyer Information Sheet
• Photocopy of 2 valid IDs
• Photocopy of Marriage Contract or CENOMAR issued within the last 6 months (whichever is applicable)
• Photocopy of Income Tax Return (ITR)
• Other documents issued within the last 30 days:
  • Photocopy of Certificate of Employment with compensation, indicating if regular employee
  • 1-month payslip
  • Bank Statement/Certificate showing sufficient funds to avail a property
  • Photocopy of Proof of Billing under the buyer's name

Note: Spouses should jointly accomplish and sign all forms

Self-employed Individual/Business/Corporation :

• Completely accomplished Offer to Buy Form
• Completely accomplished Customer Information Sheet
• Photocopy of two (2) valid IDs of the following:
  • Beneficial owners (at least 20% ownership)
  • Corporate Secretary
  • Authorized Representative
• Photocopy of Income Tax Return (ITR) and Audited Financial Statements (AFS) in the last 3 years
• Photocopy of business documents
  • BIR 2303 Certificate of Registration
  • Mayor's or Business Permit
  • DTI or SEC Registration with Articles of Incorporation and GIS
• Photocopy of Proof of Billing under the buyer's name
• Bank Statement/Certificate showing sufficient funds issued in the last 30 days

• Sale is on an "as-is where-is" and "first come, first served" basis
